Faimily Portrait Session by the Creek

Friday, October 3rd, 2008

Blair, Christine and their little man Hayden joined me for a fun photo session down by the creek in September. I look forward to their family photos every year, but this year there was a little added excitement when Hayden found a little frog.
Then a little posing with Daddy and Mommy.
As always, it was great to see you all again. Your family is beautiful and the photos are amazing!
See you soon,

I love this photo of Katelin!
Her pose, the path, the composition, the lighting…..In August, I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing Craig, Kim and Katelin at Fred John’s park in Leduc. The scenery was beautiful, but their family was even more beautiful.
Katelin was such a doll that all her photos turned out fabulous!
Happy 1st birthday, Katelin!
See you all again soon,
And a huge thank you, Kim for all the referrals!!

Newborn Baby Photos of Harrison

Monday, April 21st, 2008

Michael and Angela’s newest addition has arrived. Congrats! Of course, Harrison is extremely adorable!
What a great family and newborn baby portrait session we had. The photos turned out fantastic and, as usual, we all had a great time making them.
So glad we managed to get Harrison to fit into the basket like Alexander did. That was a challenge, hey Michael?
I can’t wait to see you all again!

Family and Child Portraits

Monday, April 21st, 2008

I recently met the cutest little guy named Jaxxon. He came in to my studio to get his portrait taken with his mommy and daddy, Tyler and Trisha.
I had photographed Tyler and Trisha’s wedding a few years ago and now that they had a recent addition to their family (that wasn’t another pet) they decided that it was a good time for a new portrait session.
Jaxxon’s photos were all so adorable it was very hard to pick. Eventually, we all decided on a black and white colorized close up for the wall. I digitally turned the color photo to black and white and left his coveralls and eyes blue. The final wall portrait is mesmerizing!
Thanks Tyler, Trisha and Jaxxon. Nice to see you all again!

Child Photo Session

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008

I first met Ken and Joanne in 2005 when they came in for a family portrait session with their 2 young boys, Hansen and Avery. It was a pleasure photographing their whole family then and it was a pleasure photographing Hansen and Avery again in 2008. Wow, have they grown!

Thank you and I can’t wait to see you all again.

Family Portrait Session

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008

Thanks to Sheri and Gary for bringing their newly extended family in for a photo session. It was great working with you all. I especially enjoyed the rabbit ears and funny faced poses everyone did. You all got so into it, it really made the session fun.
And congratulations on your new addition to the family.
